The Public Works Department in San Pablo is hosting the next Dumpster Day for residents on Saturday October 24th.

Residents can remove any old items that have been sitting around, with the exception of mattresses, electronics, tires, batteries, and any hazardous materials (paint, oil, pesticides, or liquids). Commercial vehicles and moving trucks are not permitted.

Dumpster day starts at 7 a.m. Continue on Moraga Road 2600 (old school site in El Portal) until the dumpsters are full.

“Due to COVID 19 and social distancing, the maintenance teams will NOT help remove the debris from the vehicles,” officials said. “Anyone who dumps their own rubble MUST wear masks.”

To be eligible, you will need to provide proof of residence for San Pablo (a copy of your PG&E or EBMUD declaration with your address and photo ID).

Please call (510) 215-3070 for more information and to verify that you live within the city limits.
