Lightning Strikes Frisco Home, Damaging Second Floor And Attic – CBS Dallas / Fort Worth

FRISCO, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – The second floor of a house in Frisco was badly damaged Monday evening after the lights got stuck and set it on fire.

It happened on the 7000 block of Rainbow Falls Dr.

When firefighters arrived, they found heavy fire and smoke on the roof of the family home. Firefighters began an aggressive attack on the structure and the fire was declared “under control” within 30 minutes.

The attic of the house also suffered severe fire damage as a result of the incident.
